CCW Polymer has two business plants, the high performance polymer for plastic film and conjugated polymer for solar cells.

BIAXIALLY ORIENTED FILMS
The method of biaxial orienting involves stretching a plastic film or sheet so that the polymeric chains are parallel to the plane of the film.
Biaxially oriented films have better barrier qualities, excellent clarity, extremely high tensile properties, improved flexibility and toughness, and may be produced relatively easily shrinkable.
CAST FILMS
In order to make a sheet of material that is pinned to a highly polished chilled roller by use of an air curtain or vacuum box, melted resin is extruded horizontally through a flat die to create cast films. The film is immediately cooled with additional chill rollers before trimming and rolling.
The depth of drawing for thermoforming operations is enhanced because to the little pre-stretching of cast films.
Because of the greater gauge consistency brought on by the production process, cast films often feature an even distribution of polyolefins.
BLOWN FILMS
Manufacturing tubular films involves vertically extruding molten resin through a circular die. The die's core can be used to introduce air to produce a bubble.
The material gradually cools as the air pushes the bubble upward.
The material is flattened by nip rollers into a tube that may either be slit and reeled as a flat sheet of film or reeled for use in making bags and pouches.
Due to the nature of their production, blown films are pre-stretched.
SOLAR CELLS
Conjugated Polymer, such as P3HT,which is an alternative semiconductors with excellent optoelectronic properties, low cost and ease of fabrication for solar cells.
