The application of BOPP film is ecpanding these days,with the heat transfer BOPP requiring polyolefin materials with high sealing initiation temperature. M8045 is a high temperature resistant matte masterbatch obtained by multiphase separation technology. Adding high effective compatibilizer on the basis of the original bi-phase separation technique makes the film in excellent matte finish and with high temperature resistance. It is used in the skin layer of matte BOPP film, and especially suitable for the production line requires high haze and high temperature resistant.
Features:
•High haze , contains no inorganic component, high light transmittance;
•High temperature resistant, the initial heat sealing temperature (SIT) is higher than 145C°;
•Excellent matte finish , high stiffness , rarely silver(bright) defects.
