AE1036 is a PE base co-extruded polyethylene material obtained through twin-screw extrusion technology,as a functional layer bonding to the EVA ,which is primer free to replace the AC agent.
Especially suitable for EVA bonding strength with higher requirements during producing the thermal lamination BOPP film.
Features:
•High melting index,low current during extrusion,low pressure in front of filter;
•Good adhesive strength with EVA,less crystal and bright defects;
•Reduced die built up time,small effect to thick sheets and long continuous production cycle;
