Thermal lamination film is coated with thermal adhesive lamination to bind to printed paper using a heated laminating nip roll.The BOPP thermal is one type of this . It may be matte,glossy or specially adapted for particular adhesives like thos used for case-bound books.
Additionally , CCW Polymer has developed a cmprehensive polymer range for BOPP thermal lamination film.For example, we offer a bonding strength enhance masterbatch physically blended with EVA to achieve higher bonding strength with paper.
Additionally,CCW Polymer has produced a special polymer called EV1603A through an in-line co-extrusion process on a BOPP line.This results in the direct co-extrusipm adjesove functional layer.
