AC1036 is a co-extruded polypropylene base material obtained through twin-screw extrusion technology,as a functional layer bonding to the EVA ,which is primer free to replace the AC agent/ adhesive.
The PP based functional layer in same physical with PP has higher melting index and good bonding strength between film and EVA ,reduce the difficulty of production.
Features:
•Higher melting index and easier process;
•Good adhesive strength with EVA,less crystal and bright defects;
•Reduced die built up time,small effect to thick sheets and long continuous production cycle;
